Thankyou The Stove Yard, good service, thankyou to the superb, dedicated, Rob and Freddie, Who installed my Multifuel stove, it was a particularly difficult installation, they dealt with it in such an efficient way, they went the extra mile, I can't thank them enough !!! My Stove looks amazing !!!!
Terrible customer service, after we paid for the stove online which said they were in stock, we were told that there were non in stock and had to wait a week. When it did finally arrive, I had to haggle for an earlier delivery time as was going to take nearly another week to get delivered, wasting mine and my builders time. When it did arrive it was dumped on the drive at a different time as promised. I wont be spending the best part of 1000 here again.

Well worth a visit. Plenty of stoves on display. 3 stoves actually burning as running examples. Very knowledgeable and help full staff. Purchased an OPUS make of stove at a very reasonable price.
