Excellent and professional service, recently moved to Cheshire and came across Holmes Chapel Carpets & Flooring. I made contact with Nigel back in February and he was knowledgeable and very helpful assisting me with my choice of flooring. Due to the distance as I was living out of the area communication was excellent, and even after coming out to measure 2 previous houses for flooring which fell through Nigel was professional and understanding throughout. When I finally exchanged on a Monday Nigel managed to order and arrange my carpets for completion on the Friday so that when I arrived later that day my carpet was fitted, Amazing. Really happy with my carpet and highly recommend the brilliant customer service I received. Thankyou
Excellent and professional service.Friendly and knowledgeable staff in the shop who couldnt do enough to help us!Our carpets were fitted by a lovely guy who turned up exactly when he said he would and worked quickly, efficiently and was also very tidy!!!He did a great job and we couldnt be happier.
