A unique and inspiring experience with lots of support along the way if you need it. Jack and the team make every session different and the camaraderie & support you get with other members makes this different from any other gym experience (based on many different gyms over 20 years). I love coming to classes at JWC. I always know that I'm going to be challenged, motivated and leave feeling satisfied that I've had a great workout. The members are all super friendly and the trainers and Jack are absolutely lovely.

5 Star.I have been training at JWC for over two months, and the resulting beneficial changes are visible to me and the people around me.....I have finally after thirty years searching found a gym that I know is truly worth spending money on......I could never properly motivate myself to do as intensive a workout as I need to do...Jack and all his team's skills and their never repetitive classes provide the inspiration and motivation I lacked.....and to think it's been on my doorstep since it opened a couple of years ago...David Bark-Jones
Well I've just completed my 6 week get fit for Christmas and loved every minute of it. The guys here are a great bunch and know their stuff. They know just how much to push you, and whilst you probably won't thank them at the time, 6 weeks later you will. I'm very satisfied with the difference it's made to me.
