The worst customer service, I ever seen up to now. They sent someone to replace my tyres, he came but he couldnt bring the tyre out. He said you need to call mobile mechanic to bring your tyres out because your tyres is too hard . I said you are specific for tyres and I must call mobile mechanic because you dont know how to do your job??? The only thing that you should know and you are unable to do that. He left and I had to call mobile driver. He came and he brought the tyre out just with 3 hammer hit on the back of tyre and he charged me 50 pounds. I told tyresonthedrive and I thought they pay this because it was their repairmans fault but they said we dont pay anything because your tyre was hard .I said the mobile driver did it in 30 seconds but they didnt accept my words. They are caused , that I payed 50 extra charge just for a worker who doesnt know how to do his job. And even they didnt rebook tomorrow for the inconvenience and rebooked 2 days later.One more thing , if they come for second time for you and you be the reason , they charge you 40 extra, nearly cost of a tyre, so be careful . I never call tyresonthedrive again.
Really pleased with the service I got - text message saying when they'd arrive, took 20mins to do, very friendly/ helpful guy... Best of all they were the cheapest! Will definitely use again.
The booking and fitting process were both excellent. However the good customer service stopped there. Having been recommended the company online and following the correct process to gain a 10 amazon voucher for both myself and the person who recommended me, I would have expected that being 4 weeks on and after phone calls and emails chasing the amazon vouchers that were said to be sent in a few days after fitting would have been received by now. Very disappointed.

They even offer a 2hr window so you don't have to wait in all day. My family and friends always use tyres on the drive when they need a new tyre.
