Attended a Christmas Baking course here today and had to write my first review on here as I am so impressed at the well organised and enjoyable day we had with Carolyn learning how to actually make THE best pastry in the world, as well as lots of other tasty festive treats. Lunch was also part of the package and was beautiful; homemade quiche, salad, bread and lots of other home baked cakes for pudding. All served on vintage crockery with crackers and festive napkins. Carolyn was an exceptional hostess and teacher and we will definitely be returning. It was very reasonably priced for the day. We also enjoyed meeting lots of other lovely people on the course.
